A Legacy of Faith & Innovation Since 1995
A Pioneer Vision
In 1995, MediaPro began a remarkable journey with a heartfelt vision: to create the world’s first multimedia Bible featuring the New Testament. At the time, it was also the first complete multimedia book ever produced on CD-ROM — a milestone that reflected both innovation and devotion. 1995
Called the Scenic Wonders Bible, it was released as a 20-CD-ROM set. We are proud to have been pioneers in this work, helping to introduce a format that many others would later follow.
The Voice of Alexander Scourby
As part of this work, we were blessed to secure the perpetual rights to use the beloved Bible narration of Alexander Scourby in video form for this project.
For generations, his voice has brought Scripture to life with a depth, clarity, and reverence that continues to inspire listeners around the world. Now in the public domain, his narration remains, in our view, one of the most moving presentations of God’s Word ever recorded.
The screenshot above shows the original Scenic Wonders Bible software — John Chapter 3 playing on a mid-1990s PC. Computers of that era could scarcely support video playback from a CD-ROM, yet the vision endured.
The Legacy Continues Online
This website exists to honor that legacy and to share it with others. What once required groundbreaking technology and determined effort is now available for you to experience online. That same pioneering spirit lives on through this site.
Today, every chapter of all 66 books of the King James Bible is available here with professional audio narration — and for the New Testament, you can watch the Scenic Wonders Bible video narration in a floating player right alongside the text as you read.
It is our hope that as you explore these resources and watch the embedded New Testament video, you will not only discover something meaningful, but also feel encouraged, uplifted, and drawn closer to the timeless message of Scripture.
Peace be with you, and may God bless you on your journey.
